Not sure if you’ve heard, but Friday, April 27th is a big day for us. We’ve got our annual fundraising dinner coming up at Brookfield Manor in Derbyshire. Sevenoaks Suns 76-70 Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters (17-18, 42-37, 59-61)

Sevenoaks Suns held onto top spot in the WBBL Championship as they held off Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters in a top three battle.

The Hatters had won on Friday night but were unable to inflict a second loss on the Suns – who stretch their advantage over Leicester Riders.

Myerscough v Hatters – U18s

Today Sheffield Hatters played there final 2017-18 regular season game away at Myerscough. The girls were looking today to cement there place in the play offs, boy did they do that.
 
The girls once again had a bit of a cagey start, Myerscough won the tip, but they soon got into there rhythm quickly, regularly trapping Myerscough in there own half. The girls then put there foot on the gas and took the first quarter 7 v 26.

Hatters v Newcastle – U18s

Today Sheffield Hatters under 18s played their penultimate regular season fixture and their final home game against Newcastle Eagles.
 
The Hatters started the 1st quarter really well scoring 10 points without response. The girls have been practicing trapping opposition offenses in training and they exercised this perfectly in the first quarter turning the ball over regularly. The girls went on to take the 1st quarter 16 v 6.

Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters continued their winning run as they defeated Oaklands Wolves 79-60 on BBC Sport.

The hosts made it five straight league wins to move to a 13-4 record as they strengthen their grip on third spot.
