A week after defeating the same opposition in the Cup, Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters returned to Edinburgh to earn a 67-77 victory over Caledonia Pride at Oriam Scotland.

Another Friday and another evening travelling to Scotland for our WBBL team. After last weeks successful trip – they won 74-95 in the QF of the cup and will now face Manchester (in Manchester) on the 15th December in the semi-final – they are hoping for a repeat performance at 1pm on Saturday when they meet Caledonia again this time in the league.

The eyes of Hatters are still on the WBBL Championship title after they improved to a 6-1 league record with a comfortable home success against the rookie Rebels.
Essex came into the game off the back of their heartbreaking overtime loss on Saturday against Manchester Mystics, which almost snapped their barren spell. However they are still searching for their maiden Championship success after this setback in South Yorkshire.

Last season’s runners-up see their challenge ended with Sheffield edging closer to their first WBBL Cup Final.
