Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters 100 – 66 Team Northumbria (30-22, 55-48, 78-57)

Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters are into the WBBL Championship’s top four after beating previously third-placed Team Northumbria 100-66, leap-frogging them in the process and becoming the first team to score a century in the league this season.

It snapped a run of consecutive defeats for Hatters, whilst inflicting a first loss on their opponents since October. Sheffield have now won five of the last six meetings between these teams.

There are 5 National League games for the Hatters this weekend.   First the U14s welcome Hatfield Fliers to All Saints for an 11.30am tip on Saturday.  Meanwhile the U16s will have made another early start for the long road trip to Southend for a 2pm tip.  Later the U18s head for Myerscough College for their 4pm tip.

Nottingham Wildcats 79 – 74 Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters (18-13, 36-31, 58-59)

Nottingham Wildcats continued their pursuit of the top four as they used a late run to beat rivals Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters 79-74 at Wildcats Arena.
