The first game of the season started with a tough match against Manchester Mystics. The Hatters girls got off to a good start, holding back Mystics with some excellent defence keeping the score fairly equal at 6-8. Welcome back to a new season with Sheffield Hatters!  All our teams have returned from their summer breaks and have been in training for a few weeks now. Hatters Girls Attend Camp in Sardinia

It was a fantastic opportunity for the girls to train with Sardinia players and gain experience from a number of Italian Coaches but with the main coaching theme coming from Bob Martin who was invited from Danum Academy.

Hatters U11s In Action with Coach Codona

Coach Betty Codona was back in action again today in Manchester but this time with the youngest team of the Hatters family, the U11s! The youngsters faced Bury in their first game and won it comfortably 24-18. The second game was a feistier affair with Tameside full court pressing our newbies who struggled to advance the ball under the pressure!
