Division 1: Hatters Still Undefeated

Westfield Health Hatters travelled down to Cardiff this past Saturday for their second regular season match up against Cardiff Archers. The two teams met before Easter break in Sheffield where the Hatters beat the Archers 90-57. This game would not be much different.

Peter Burgoyne Wins The First 100 Club Draw

The draw for the first monthly 100 club prize took place at the Division 1 game against Cardiff Archers on Sunday.

Peter Burgoyne father of Under 18 player Katie was the lucky winner and will receive a cheque for £35.
The next draw will take place mid April.

23rd March Bag Collection

On the 23rd March we will be collecting second hand clothes, bags, shoes, bedding, towels etc. Last time we did this we raised £200 so please bring down anything you can think of. It does not matter what state it is in as the bags are done by weight. So use this as an excuse to have a Spring clean because I’m sure spring is on its way soon!

Division 1: Two for Two on the Weekend

The Westfield Health Hatters hit the road for a double header weekend. They matched up against Manchester Mystics on Saturday where they got out to a very early lead. The Mystics who are currently in 9th place with only 3 wins this season lost to the Hatters 88-56 the first time they played. This time would be no different. We are looking to run a L2 Table Officials Course at All Saints provisionally Sat 23 March 2013…….Cost £15……9.30-1.30pm……..tutored by Claire Ormandy.

Division 1: Winning Streak Continues

The Hatters got off to a slow start against Barking Abbey on Saturday night as Barking were able to get out in front of the Hatters and secure a short lead. The Hatters struggled offensively as their shots were not falling. Barking won the first quarter 12-16.
