Hi everyone. First let me apologise that there was no Friday Forum last week but I was away for the weekend and could not access my computer.  Did get to see the WBBL in London though.  Hatters were losing until the last 3 minutes of the game but pulled together to win by 5, the U16P also came from behind to win against Nottingham and the U16D won too.  A good weekend all round so hope you didn’t miss anything ...

Hatters v Calderdale – U12s

Hatters once again started strong putting pressure on Calderdales guards straight away, forcing turnovers and contested shots. It seemed easy to predict from the start the direction the game was heading, however Calderdales resilience made sure the prediction did not come true.

Nella wrapped up the opening quarter with a block and then was fouled on the breakaway, scoring ...

The heavy rain today didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of the Hatters U12s. It was an easy adjustment from the dark skies to a darkly lit gym, and from the beginning, the Hatters had their eye in.

Coach Gayles choice of starters set Sharmaine loose against York’s backcourt and from the start, she dug in, and put enough defensive pressure on that would dictate the outcome of he game, forcing turnovers that lead to fast breaks and within the first 5 minutes ...
