Hatters 54 – 71 Manchester – Match Report
The first game of the season started with a tough match against Manchester Mystics. The Hatters girls got off to a good start, holding back Mystics with some excellent defence keeping the score fairly equal at 6-8. The junior teams finished their season last weekend in Manchester at the Final Fours. Well done to both teams! The WBBL team were also in action in Manchester winning their quarter-final playoff game. That win has set up this Saturday’s Semi-Final v Nottingham Wildcats. Sorry for the delay in posting today…being on Easter Holidays has got me all out of routine. There is only one Hatters game this weekend when the Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters take on Barking Abbey Crusaders in the last game of the WBBL league season at All Saints in a 2pm tip.
