Sheffield Hatters under 18’s came up against a very determined Leeds Force side at All Saints. The Hatters girls started off well scoring 18 points in the 1st quarter to Leeds 12. What a fantastic game of basketball, involving Sheffield Hatters and Myerscough under 18’s.
It was a hotly contested match with excellent finishing from both teams. The Hatters rounded off some excellent plays with lovely post moves and excellent 3 pointers. The halftime score finished 37 vs 39 to Myerscough. Both teams at this point were evenly matched. Well last weekend was a great one for the Hatters with the U14s, U16s, U18s and WBBL team all winning! This weekend although the U14 game v Stockport Lapwings I has been postponed there are four more games to look forward to.
On Saturday the U16s welcome Oaklands College Wolves to All Saints. The tip has been delayed until 2.30pm at Oaklands’ request. Meanwhile Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters travel to Manchester for a 4pm tip in their WBBL game.

What a great start to the season for sheffield hatters under 18 basketball team, successfully beating Stockport Lapwings away, at the ball hall 28 vs 51. The girls came out and put on a fantastic defensive performance throughout the game and executed the plays they have been learning in training perfectly.
