Hi everyone

Sorry I haven’t written for a few weeks following the playoff games.  Just so you know the junior players continue to train each week and there is a scrimmage open to all – just pay and play on Thursdays @ 6.30pm. Just a quick one today as there are no home games.   However it is actually a very busy weekend with all 4 teams in action.  The U14s replay their QF v Surrey Goldhawks at 10am on Saturday at the Amaechi Centre in Manchester.  A win would mean they join all our other reams in their respective semi-finals.   The U18s tip at 12noon at Bellevue Manchester v Sevenoaks, the U16s tip at 4.15pm v Manchester also at Bellevue and ...

Before talking about this weekend I would like to thank all the supporters who made the trip to Nottingham last weekend.  We were all rewarded with a fantastic game (probably the best of this WBBL season) which Hatters eventually won 86-85 in overtime.  The fans made a lot of noise throughout the game and it was fantastic that our supporters were at least as vocal as theirs.  Their energy and enthusiasm certainly helped the team to maintain their efforts throughout ...

Sheffield Hatters U18 faced London Greenhouse Pioneers in their quarter final play off for a place at the National Final Fours. A blistering start by the Hatters in the form of a 9-2 run showed their intentions right from the outset and they led 23-11 at the end of the first quarter, behind 8 points from Shauna Harrison but a great team effort rebounding and hustling.
