The Sheffield Hatters started their game against Manchester with intense defence and patient offence which led to many baskets and ensured that the Hatters ended the first quarter in the lead .
The second quarter continued in a similar fashion still working with persistent and intensive defence from the the girls , which allowed them to gain many steals and baskets and remain still in lead by the end of the quarter.
The girls came back after half time with the same mentality making tactical decisions on offence which lead to many opportunities to threaten the basket keeping them once again in the lead
The fourth quarter saw an all round performance and many contributions from everyone in the team the Hatters ended the fourth quarter with the win 77-42
