Sheffield’s basketball story is unlike any other - two pioneering clubs, decades of trophies, community spirit, and unforgettable moments.

The Basketball Pioneers Project will uncover and celebrate the rich history of the Sheffield Hatters (England’s first women’s basketball team) and the Sheffield Sharks (one of the UK’s most decorated men’s teams).
